About the role:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Curriculum & Learning Experience to lead the end-to-end design strategy for a spoken English learning ecosystem.

You will shape the academic and experiential backbone of our product defining how learners progress from hesitant beginners to confident, fluent communicators. This role demands a rare mix of educational depth, product intuition, and leadership excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term spoken English learning strategy aligned with CEFR and ESL frameworks, integrating linguistic science with AI-driven, real-world learning experiences.
• Use learner data, research insights, and emerging education technologies to continuously enhance and scale the curriculum for diverse learner segments.
