Head of Crypto Trading

Our client, a large and well-funded financial services group, is building a crypto trading business and is looking for an experienced systematic crypto trader to lead the initiative.

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a crypto trading desk from the ground up with significant backing, long-term commitment, and the freedom to shape the business.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in profitable systematic crypto trading
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
• Experience across the full trading lifecycle, including research, execution, risk management, and reporting

This role could be a strong fit for experienced systematic crypto traders looking to build and lead a crypto trading business.

Compensation is flexible and will be aligned with experience and track record.
