**Purpose**:
The position as NPCT and HT, organized as SAS Crew Training/STOOL is currently held by the same person which is common for AOCs also holding an Approved Training Organization (ATO).
This key position is vital to ensuring the highest standards of crew training, compliance, and performance for all crew in SAS Scandinavia. In addition, the department is organizing crew training for all three internal AOCs.
**Key Responsibilities and Mandate As NPCT**:
**The NP Crew Training is the designated responsible person to the authority, ensuring**:
- All pilots and cabin crew have completed required training.
- Standards are maintained and properly documented before flights.
**Key tasks include**:
1. Establish and oversee management, safety, and quality systems in accordance with governing manuals.
2. Manage financial responsibilities within the department.
