Department Leadership & Governance
Oversee and take full accountability for all operations of the Credit Policy & Credit Strategy Department (CS&GSTD) in accordance with the functions and responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Represent the department in meetings with the BOD, CEO, and Bank’s senior leadership, presenting insights, recommendations, and professional opinions related to credit management and risk strategy.
Develop and implement annual operational plans, ensuring the department achieves its short-, mid-, and long-term strategic goals.
