Head of Compliance (Founding team!)

Our client, a next-generation research platform leveraging AI to support investment decision-making, is hiring their first Singapore hire to lead the compliance function.

This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a rare opportunity to shape compliance from the ground up in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

Your top priorities will include:

• Building and owning the compliance framework

Design and implement the end-to-end compliance program, including policies, controls, training, conflicts-of-interest, personal trading, and audit-ready governance.

• Enabling institutional client onboarding and trust

Lead compliance engagement with fund and institutional clients, vendor due diligence, approvals, and review of all client-facing materials.
