Head of Compliance in the Group Product Compliance team.

Areas of Responsibility

• Design and build compliance risk management programmes for multiple entities: insurers, investment providers, administrators, medical schemes, wellness programs.
• Manage and constantly improve the compliance framework.
• Advise the business on suitable control frameworks to implement regulatory obligations.
• Provide guidance to senior management to ensure business objectives are aligned to the regulatory framework and exposure profile.
• Understand and analyse the strategic impact of regulatory requirements on the business and make recommendations.
• Engage with and influence stakeholders: board(s), board committees, directors, senior management, and others.
• Draft and maintain regulatory policies.
