Responsibilities

• Own the full PL for Lenovo's commercial product portfolio across the Nordic and Baltic markets, delivering against revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Lead and develop a team of 4P Managers responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market introduction through end-of-life.
• Define and execute category strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize business performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams on product positioning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Develop and present annual and quarterly business plans to Europe and META leadership teams, securing support and investment to achieve growth objectiv...
