Head of Collections

Location: Peterlee, with regular travel to Principia Law in Northwich

This is an exciting opportunity to join Auxillis and Northgate Insurance Services in a key Senior Leadership Team position, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

As Head of Collections, you will lead the end-to-end recovery of credit hire, credit repair and associated losses from at-fault third-party insurers. Combining strategic leadership with operational excellence, you will take ownership of recovery performance, insurer relationships, litigation strategy and cash collection outcomes across the business.

Leading a team of managers and specialists, you will drive improvements in cash collection, reduce aged debt, optimise recovery processes and strengthen relationships with insurers, claims management companies and legal partners.
