Overview

We're now looking for an Optometrist to join us as Head of Clinical Performance. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact leadership role where you can influence how clinical care is delivered across multiple divisions and help set the standard for the profession.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take ownership of the Clinical Performance team across your division, working closely with senior leaders, partners and store teams to make sure patients can access timely, high-quality care.

You'll lead a team of Lead Clinical Performance Consultants who work directly and through their Clinical Performance teams, with stores to achieve their clinical strategies, through clinical efficiencies, increased clinical capabilities and best practice.
