1. Client Service Management - Institutional, Family Office & Wealth Management
Oversee end‑to‑end client servicing for all institutional clients, family offices, and Asia wealth management partners.Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of client onboarding, reporting, due diligence, operational queries, and ongoing account support.Partner with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and distribution teams to address client requirements and enhance service delivery.Maintain a deep understanding of client mandates, investment strategies, operational preferences, and regulatory considerations.
