About the role
This is a leadership role with long-term potential.
We are looking for someone who can build our calling systems from zero, test and improve them, and then grow this into a full department.
You will start hands-on, prove what works, and then lead and scale.
This is not a short-term or routine job.
This is a role for someone who wants to own a system long-term.
What you will do
Build cold calling systems from scratch
Test call scripts and call flows yourself
Improve Facebook lead conversion using calls
Reduce no-shows using better follow-up calls and messages
