• Determine the market positioning of the products in the department for which he is responsible so that it can be used as a reference in determining prices and product promotion concepts.
• Determine special prices (promotions, discounts, local store marketing, etc.) in accordance with predetermined margin targets to increase sales achievements for the products for which he is responsible.
• Minimize the existence of death stock or products that have minimal contribution in the department that is responsible for optimizing the company's capital turnover.
