This role sits at the center of the business — connecting strategy to execution, identifying inefficiencies before they become problems, and ensuring every function runs with rigour and pace. If you think in systems and processes but move with founder-level urgency, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Business Operations & Process

• Own end-to-end operational efficiency across the business — from order to delivery to resolution
• Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across functions as the company scales
• Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and drive fixes before they impact the business
• Build scalable systems and processes that don't break as the company grows from one brand to many
