Cohere is building frontier AI for the enterprise. The product is technical, the buyer is technical, and the category is loud. We are hiring a Head of Brand Marketing to own how Cohere shows up in the world – visually, verbally, culturally, and emotionally.

Who You Are

You have strong, calmly held opinions about what is good. You can distinguish between work that is correct and work that is alive, and you can articulate why. You read widely across design, fashion, music, film, architecture, fiction, and technology to inform your thinking. You do not need a tech background; instead, preferences for candidates come from creative‑forward consumer brands, top‑tier agencies, magazines, design studios, record labels, museums, or similar environments. Your mandate is to translate a complex AI product into something that evokes an emotional response.
