• Oversee the daily operations of the boarding house, ensuring a well‑organized and supportive living environment.
• Ensure the physical, emotional, and mental well‑being of all boarding students.
• Implement safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring student safety at all times.
• Maintain regular and open communication with parents regarding students’ well‑being and progress.
• Encourage a balanced lifestyle by supporting students in their academic, social, and personal growth.
• Ensure the boarding house is clean, well‑maintained, and comfortable for students.
