Head of AI / AI Practice Lead (Ephicacy)

Hybrid/Remote (with periodic travel to Ephicacy locations and client sites)

Reports to CEO.

Partners closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics/Statistical Programming, Data Management, Quality & Compliance, IT/Security, and Commercial.

Experience

18+ years of experience in a CRO, life sciences, or clinical research operations.

Position Summary

The Head of AI will set up and lead Ephicacy’s AI Practice. The role will identify where AI can improve delivery, quality, and efficiency;
build a small team and ways of working to test ideas quickly;
and scale the best solutions into day-to-day operations and client offerings.
