• Help shaping and drive the overall AI vision and strategy, ensuring AI becomes a core enabler of JobCloud's business goals
• Act as the organization's AI champion, inspiring, educating, and aligning leadership and teams around AI transformation
• Build and lead an international cross-functional AI Hub team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertise
