You will own the full creative pipeline: turning agentic AI systems into consistent, high-retention content.
This is a foundational role — you'll shape the creative direction, work with the tech team to influence the tech stack, and first wave of content that will fuel both YouTube growth and a future distribution platforms.
Key Responsibilities Design and optimize an production workflow (script → visual generation → consistency → audio/dubbing with Dubme Flow → Distribution).
Produce and iterate on 5–10 high-quality microdramas per month in the first phase.
