Head of Agency Operations

This role is for an email marketer stepping into agency leadership or already in a leadership role with previous hands on experience. If you haven't done the work hands-on, this isn't the role for you. Syncopated Marketing is a growing email and SMS marketing agency. We work with D2C ecommerce brands across the US, Canada, and Europe, primarily on Klaviyo and Omnisend. We currently manage retention for 20 brands across a wide spread of categories: supplements, peptides, healthcare, perfumes, balms, clothing, art, and outdoor gear. Several of our clients do over USD 1M in annual revenue. We're a 12-person in-office team in Bhopal today, with a clear plan to grow over the next 12 months.
