JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Reporting to the Director - Office of Ethics and Compliance, India, the Head - Ethics and Compliance role will provide advice and counsel on matters of compliance and ethical business practices to a division of Abbott’s dynamic and fast paced pharmaceutical business. They will assist with the continued enhancement of the local Compliance Program by executing and driving compliance strategy through collaborative interactions.

**Key job requirements include:**

+ Clear understanding of Indian healthcare compliance landscape, relevant laws, industry codes and practices.
+ Work quickly to understand Abbott business structures, practices, compliance policies and procedures to provide policy and documentation advice.
