POSITION GOALS

Providing professional and continuous nursing care with the following goals:

● Promotes and restores the resident’s health by completing the nursing process.

● Respecting the self-care abilities, self-determination, desires, and habits of the residents,

with appreciation and consideration of the abilities and wishes of relatives regarding the

care.

● As part of their job, the Head Nurse observes the requirements, statements, and

contents laid down in the quality management requirements of the company

Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

● Provides physical and psychological support to residents and families.

● Supervising assigned Caregivers and Nurses.
