Head Miller

The ideal candidate will lead and control the production/mill, Silo, premix, and Plant Engineering Sections operations and activities in the achievement of effective and efficient results. Will manage and administer the organization of these sections for a smooth process flow and coordination of the production plans and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Graduate in a Flour Milling School or with Master's degree in flour milling an advantage
• 7+ years of extensive experience in plant management/manufacturing operations for flour or other food related commodities.
• Must possess good managerial skills and leadership capabilities
• Must b proficient in oral and written communication
