[What the role is]

The Aviation Industry Division seeks to support the development and transformation of Singapore’s air hub, to ensure its continued growth and competitiveness, and to provide quality jobs in the sector.

[What you will be working on]

The role leads a team of 2-3 policy officers to (i) formulate and implement medium to long-term air transport sector manpower planning strategies and initiatives; (ii) manage CAAS’ manpower funding policy and grants to support workforce transformation; and (iii) analyse our sector’s economic and manpower data, including projecting our future workforce needs, and managing the establishment of a comprehensive air hub workforce database.

This will involve developing and implementing our long-term manpower plans & initiatives across three priorities of strengthening the Singapore core, raising labour productivity, and workforce augmentation. The officer and his/her team will also manage CAAS’...
