About the Role

As an Head Installer, you will play a key leadership role, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, support and develop Assistant teams, and help maintain the excellent reputation that Instaloft has built nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

· Travel to local depot and customer homes within the local region.

· Complete day to day installs on site.

· Ensure all loft boarding, loft ladders, insulation, and storage solutions are installed to company standards.
