Hotel: Heartland Hotel Fox Glacier
Location: 11 Cook Flat Road, Fox Glacier 7886
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position
Rate per hour: $33.00 - $35.00
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends. 

The Head Housekeeper role is a key position in the day-to-day running of the property, and is ideal for the hospitality professional with supervisor experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
 
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
 
Oversight of the department including determining work requirements and allocation of duties.
Preparation and maintenance of Housekeeping department rosters and attendance records.
Oversight of day-to-day activity of Housekeeping staff, and ensuring that training is coordinated, structured, and aligned with service standards.
Planning, budgeting, and ordering for the department.
