Morepeople 01780 is seeking an experienced Head Grower to join their commercial glasshouse nursery in Scotland. You'll manage crops, ensuring high-quality production of bedding plants and poinsettias.
This full-time, permanent position offers autonomy and the chance to work with ornamental crops in a supportive team. Ideal candidates have strong technical knowledge, experience in a glasshouse environment, and hold PA1 and PA6 spraying licences.
The salary ranges from £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
