Role Summary

To lead the Group’s finance, oversee compliances and strategic financial management functions. The role will partner with leadership to drive institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and planning initiatives.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA with an additional qualification of CS/CMA
• 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, corporate planning, and strategic leadership roles of which at least 5 years as Head of Finance.
