Head – Drainage

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Drainage to lead and grow the Drainage and Flood Risk capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering high‑quality drainage, SuDS, and flood risk design services supporting global infrastructure projects across public and private sectors.

The role combines technical authority, people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth, with accountability for building a high‑performing team, ensuring technical governance, and aligning delivery with global business objectives.
