This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Head Chef who enjoys building, developing, and shaping a food offering. The venue has ambitious plans for the future, including the addition of on‑site accommodation and significant investment into the overall business, making this an ideal role for someone looking to be part of a long‑term growth project.

In the short term, the role will require a proactive and self‑motivated approach, with some periods of solo working while the business continues to evolve. However, there is a clear commitment from ownership to invest in the kitchen operation, with full support to recruit, develop, and grow a team as trade increases.
