Role responsibilities

• Managing a full food service across breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
• Creating menus that cater all dietary requirements and allergens
• Ensuring all internal policies and procedures are adhered to
• Leading and coaching the kitchen team
• Delivering an exceptional experience for guests and visitors

About you

• Experience of working at Head Chef level within a busy environment
• Experience of leading and managing a team
• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 in Food Safety
• Willing to work towards future qualifications
