The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a well rounded background, be organised and competent with health & safety and food safety standards, showcase creativity and flair for menu and recipe design and a desire to deliver only the best food quality. You'll work closely with the business directors to develop the menus and discuss ideas and concepts, giving thought to both quality and volume.
