Head Chef – Manchester - £40,000

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen in a busy environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive food quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence. You’ll be just as comfortable leading from the front, developing fresh, healthy, and creative menus that keep standards high in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

This is a Monday–Friday role (7:00am–3:30pm, 40 hours), offering a great work‑life balance.

• Leading a full production kitchen in a busy staff dining environment

• Delivering high-quality food at scale
• Supporting and guiding a team
