Responsibilities
- Day to day management of your venue kitchen. From food preparation and service to ensuring high standards of cleanliness are kept.
- To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given).
- Managing your kitchen team, rota planning and holidays.
- Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes.
- Working within our food and staffing budgets to maintain financial standards.
- Reporting regularly to the Group Executive Head Chef, day to day report to the General Manager. Responding to emails.
- Management of Checkit (full training given).
The successful candidate will take a hands‑on approach to kitchen management, demonstrating strong leadership, self‑motivation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
