• A pivotal part of our leadership team, working with other Heads of Departments and the General Manager to deliver great hospitality and experiences to our Guests and Team.
• Passionate about your craft and all aspects of Kitchen Management and Food experiences. With overall responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day Kitchen operation and team, you work with your team to deliver a high quality and innovative standard of menu across the restaurant, functions and other food outlets whilst maintaining a high level of profitability.
