Head Chef

Our client is looking to recruit a Kitchen Manger Head Chef for one of their restaurants in Haslemere.

In return you will receive an excellent salary up to £ 27,000 plus £4000 bonus, 28 days annual holidays, company paid courses, pension, mental & dental care, cycle scheme, discounts with major retailers and other company related benefits.

The employer is very keen on Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef who can demonstrate the following and lead a team from the front.

You must have minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in the branded restaurant or pub industry. Be able to work under pressure in a very busy kitchen and deliver exceptional service.

The successful Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef will be able to drive a brigade of 8 chefs to achieve existing high standards, have a good understanding of back of house systems and responsible for ordering, stock control, achieving gross profit targets, roster preparation and health & safety controlling / implementation.
