Head Chef | Hampton Care Home, Hampton TW12 2DW

Full‑time, £40,000 per annum, daytime hours only (7:30 am‑3 pm and 9:30 am‑5:30 pm) with no late nights.

Contract Details

• £35,000 per annum
• Daytime hours only, no evenings or late‑night finishes (7:30 am to 3 pm early shift and 9:30 am to 5:30 pm late shifts on a rota basis)

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Craft fresh, nutritious meals: prepare, cook and present hot and cold dishes tailored to residents’ dietary needs.
• Menu planning: design balanced, seasonal menus with the Group Executive Chef & Home Manager, ensuring great quality within budget.
• Lead the kitchen team: supervise and guide staff to maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisation.
