Head Chef

The Exec Chef of a popular and successful small independent pub company is seeking a Head Chef to join the ever growing company at one of their pubs near Derby. The pubs have a main menu, pizza menu (wood fired oven onsite) and a small plate menu allowing the properties to offer high quality food in a relaxed dining environment making it a dining choice for locals and passing trade. In this roles of Head Chef you manage the day to day running of the department and the management of the team of chefs working with you. The company is committed to training and developing chefs and this will be part of your role leading from the front to build a strong team.

Requirements:
