Head Chef looking for their exciting next step!

Your duties and responsibilities will include :

• Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations taking full responsibility
• Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners
• Working closely with the catering manager to drive the food forward and help build the team
• Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
• All aspects of health & safety
