Job Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, delivering exceptional food and leading a motivated team.
- Lead and inspire the catering team to deliver outstanding food and service
- Oversee production of patient, staff, and hospitality meals
- Support the design of menus, including specialist diets and seasonal offerings
- Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain excellent kitchen standards, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Drive continuous improvement across catering services
- Collaborate with clinical and front‑of‑house teams for a seamless service
