We are looking for an authentic leader who manages the finer details of a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen. • Leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality while maximising profit and ensuring strict food safety compliance
• Partnering with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and inspire the best kitchen talent while building a loyal and high‑performing team
• Managing food costs and kitchen labour in line with budgets
