Head Chef – Albert’s Schloss Birmingham

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

Albert’s Schloss Birmingham is part of the Mission Mars Group, alongside Schiller's Hall, Rudy’s Pizza and Albert Hall. Our Bavarian bier hall and alpine-inspired restaurant is a retreat from the modern world, where we invite you to discover new things, celebrate one another, and revel in the wünder of our Schloss. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect roaring fires, tankards of Europe’s finest bier, delicious Bavarian-inspired dishes from our Cook Haus, and seven nights of showtime.
