Edesia Bath is an independent dining restaurant located in central Bath, UK, offering a refined modern South American culinary experience. Known for its elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant focuses on seasonal tasting menus crafted from premium ingredients, with particular emphasis on showcasing finest produce.

EDESIA are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team and develop the new concept Edesia street food brand. 

You will need to be experienced in working as a Head Chef in a fresh food kitchen, and be extremely passionate about food. 

Our Head Chef will have experience managing a team, running the kitchen and working in a fast-paced environment. 

They must be able to deliver high quality dishes following a spec, and have a genuine passion for cooking report to the Executive Chef and team of directors. Required to be inclusive and work closely with front of house team.
