About us Mhor 84 Motel in Balquidder is looking for an Experienced ambitious passionate Head Chef who is creative, a real foodie, a people person, has excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills. This is a hands-on role. This may suit someone who is a Senior Sous at the moment looking for their first Head Chef role. You will take the lead in the kitchen working with the existing team but also work closely with the Hotel team to offer each customer a memorable visit and the need to return to taste your great food.
