Head Barista

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.

Supervise, train, and mentor barista team members.

Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and customer service.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.

Assist in scheduling staff and monitoring daily operations.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee equipment.



Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
