Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in a hotel, resort, or large catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of large-scale food production and event catering.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
