Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in a hotel, resort, or large catering environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of large-scale food production and event catering.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
