Job Title: Head Applications

Experience Required : 12-18 years
Min Qualification : B.Tech/MBA / MTech
Banking transformation/ migration project experience is mandatory
Location : Thrissur/ Kochi, Kerala
Responsibilities :

-  Own the contractual components pertaining to all the applications

-  Responsible for “Change the Bank” function for the all the applications under the 3 towers.

-  Responsible for application functioning (production and non-production)

-  Owner of the end-ot-end solution for the applications

-  Co-ordination with Vendors and partners for (1) implementation (2) Production Support (3) Non-Production support

-  Manage the SLA and KPI for all the application related incidents and service requests

-  Planning and prioritization of the projects / changes to application
