HDMF Loan Processor

Role Description

The Loans Processor (HDMF) reviews and evaluates buyers’ documents and assists in ensuring proper documentation for HDMF loan approval and signing.

What you'll do:

• Review and validate information and income details for newly sold units.
• Facilitate BHOS orientation for newly sold units as scheduled by Sales Admin.
• Responsible for conducting thorough and accurate review of accounts for proper endorsement to Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) / Pag-IBIG so as to facilitate the attainment of collection goals/targets.
• Reviews, evaluates, makes follow-up phone calls and sends notices to buyers with incomplete documents.
• Provides assistance to buyers with complete and proper documentation of requirements for the sign‑off of HDMF loan documents to facilitate the processing and approval of their HDMF loan applications.
