About the role
We are seeking HD Mechanicsto join our Thiess Western Region Maintenance hub located in Hazelmere, working a 7/7 roster, rotating dayshift and nightshift. The Maintenance Hub is designed to support repairs and refurbish a variety of Mining Equipment and Components within Thiess and subsidiary internal Asset refurbishment requirements as well as external key Tier 1 mining customers. With a strong pipeline of machine refurbishments including major component changes, this position also offers a great working atmosphere with potential to grow your career into any aspect of maintenance and asset management within the Thiess group. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach and mentor the maintenance crew and follow directives of managers and supervisors.

Assist crews to effectively meet daily safety, equipment reliability and maintenance compliance to plan targets for the project.
