Our client is a well-established and growing business within the quarrying and construction materials industry, supplying high-quality products across NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic Leading Hand to join our team in the Goulburn area, NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced HD Fitter with strong knowledge of mining or civil equipment and a passion for mentoring and developing junior tradespeople.

About the Role

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day workshop activities while remaining actively involved in maintenance and repairs across a large fleet of quarry and mobile plant equipment.

You will play a key role in leading by example, ensuring high safety standards, quality workmanship, and efficient workshop operations.
