Job Description
The HCM Consultant supports the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion HCM across the organization. This role partners closely with People Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, streamline HR processes, and ensure a stable and efficient HCM environment. The consultant contributes to the product roadmap, supports release management, and provides hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and user enablement.
Responsibilities

+ Partner with the HCM Product Lead to support the final phases of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and provide ongoing support for live modules.
